What can be returned?
We generally do not accept change of mind returns, but will accept returns on faulty products as per consumer law and manufacturer warranty conditions.

Depending on circumstances and product the return location may vary. We will issue return details following you contacting us with your item return request.

Documentation for return items?
Item must be returned with proof of purchase and serial number if this is trackable.

Return Shipping Costs
Customer pays for initial shipping for return, however if the item is deemed faulty by manufacture once investigation is performed, customer may be reimbursed for shipping costs.

Credit on Returns
Replacement and exchange products will depend on manufacturer warranty and terms and conditions.

Instore return option?
If you have brick and mortar locations, can customers return items there. Provide locations, directions and hours of operation.
